One of the main topics was the attention paid to shortcomings in the training of specialists in this field. The participants noted that the existing training system needs to be revised, as it directly affects road safety.
Attention was also drawn to the need to develop international cooperation for the exchange of experience in the field of road safety. Establishing partnerships with foreign institutions can contribute to the introduction of best practices and technologies, which, in turn, will have a positive impact on road safety in the country.
In addition, initiatives and programs aimed at attracting young people to training in the field of road safety were discussed. Effective education and training of new specialists are key factors in improving road safety in Kazakhstan. Thus, joint events, the development of training programs, and the exchange of experience can form the basis for serious changes in this area. @kazadi_kz
